You can check Receiver 4.10 with the new DPI Scaling Feature or you can try this: I guess consider this an FYI to anyone with similar problems if anyone from Citrix ends up reading this, is this a known issue and/or is it likely to be addressed? I suppose its non-critical at this point. Instead of managing the display preference via zoom, it's probably best to manage it via the actual resolution setting. the problem only occurs when the laptop is set to a non-100% zoom and a secondary display is set to 100% zoom. Scenario 6: Laptop display set to 125% zoom and HDMI-connected monitor set to 100% zoom- Citrix apps turn to partially or completely blacked-out windows Scenario 5: Laptop display set to 100% zoom and HDMI-connected monitor set to 125% zoom - Citrix apps display properly Scenario 4: Laptop display and HDMI-Connected monitor both set to 125% zoom - Citrix apps display properly

Scenario 1: Laptop display only (set to 100% zoom) - Citrix apps display properly Update: fixed this by changing the Windows 10 zoom (Settings > Display > Scale and Layout) to 100%.
